We send your orders from cabani.com.tr with DHL, UPS, PTS, AFS TRANSPORT, FEDEX and ARAMEX companies. Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan shipments are sent with CDEK cargo. The orders you place on our site will be delivered to the cargo within 3 working days at the latest and delivered to you safely.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customs rules of the delivery country.

Your basket amount is calculated from the exchange rate valid on the day you place your order.

In rare cases, there is a possibility that packages sent abroad may be subject to customs in the destination country. In this case, the customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Cabani Shoes' hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

For the packages sent, the country-based extra costs (VAT, Customs taxes, etc.) belong to the buyer.

You have the right to return within 30 days for international shipments. Change cannot be acceptable. However, the product must be unused for return. The product to be returned must be sent to us together with its original box and invoice.

For packages returned abroad, all costs belong to the buyer. Costs are deducted from the order total and the remaining amount is refunded.

Important notes;

For your orders with a Russian delivery address, your passport number (Passport ID number) is requested by the country customs. For this reason, CDEK cargo authorities will request your ID number from you. The shipment will not be made without your passport number.

For orders paid at the door, in amounts over $200, a part of the payment can be made by Wire Transfer etc. It must be sent with the information to be transmitted by our customer service.

For orders over $400 to Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Yemen, Oman, UAE countries, your order will be sent in 2 or 3 pieces due to country customs rules.

If the total order amount is over $260 for your orders to Saudi Arabian delivery address, your order will be sent in 2 or 3 packages in accordance with customs rules.

For your orders to Jordan and Qatar delivery address, your ID number is requested by the country customs. For this reason, our customer service will request your ID number from you.
